He is not a stern Father who sits up in heaven just waiting for us to do something wrong so He can punish us. That is a lie and it can keep us in fear. He is the loving God who sent His Son Jesus to save us. We need not live in torment. It is God’s desire that we live in the freedom and knowledge that He loves us perfectly with an everlasting love.
